From Concept to Realisation to Enjoyment 

Many clients regularly come to us with specific designs in mind for their home automation systems, or their cinema setups. In offering them a complete solution we've come across a variety of issues which we've had to tackle along the road which didn't necessarily form part of our original design, installation or solution. 

What we've come to realise its that on many occasions a client, designer or architect doesn't quite realise or understand that what they require as their solution may well unravel a few other issues and will most certainly span more than one single field of expertise.

This diagram perfectly explains what happens when good intent, design and installations go wrong. With much of todays technology changing so quickly its hard to keep up with the trends - televisions that are permanently connected to an uncapped high speed internet connection, control software that can run in your iPhone or android yet control your entire house, eco friendly automation that dims and turns off lights according to daylight hours and monitored movement in a house. These are but a small sample of design offerings which a client or consumer could come across. 

Our job is simple. We take the difficult task off of your hands and provide you a full service across the spectrum. There is one point of contact, one person in charge who is responsible for your project and one company that handles everything through from concept to completion. Training and aftercare, or maintenance are also part and parcel of the package we offer. 

Simplified Design Process - Complications

Another point which many clients and consumers tend to get 'bogged down' by, is specific product branding and specification. We've come across instances where dealers and installers have specified equipment not fit for the purpose intended, simply because they made more margin on that specific brand. Whilst we try to stay as neutral as possible [keeping in mind we are also distributors for a variety of brands] we've taken these brands on out of sheer necessity to supply solutions that fit in with what clients want, as opposed to brand name boxes.
